Starting this spring, I’ve decided to focus all of my attention on the handyman side of the Paratus business.
Why? Quite simply, the market is saturated with Realtors at a time when sales are sluggish and mortgage rates remain stubbornly high.
If customers are content with staying put, they will continue to need help with their maintenance tasks. That’s where Paratus Handyman Services comes into focus.
My long-term intention is to keep my Real Estate license and find a new broker. The goal is to obtain a broker’s license in 2026, allowing Paratus to add complete property management to the menu.
To be honest, handyman work is very rewarding. I get to meet new people and solve a variety of problems within a very short time frame.
If you’ve got a list of projects needing attention from an experienced pro, don’t hesitate to reach out!
