All services are $100 per hour (1-hour minimum) for the first hour, $80 prorated thereafter.

Mike did an exceptional job—he was incredibly helpful with a multitude of projects to throughout my house, including a tricky medicine cabinet install, many light fixture changes, and troubleshooting some issues with my bathroom fan. He also helped locate and order proper replacement parts and securely installed shelving and bathroom towel racks. Mike was great to schedule and work with, his work was high quality, and pricing was fair for the level of skill and knowledge provided. Mike installed two rather complicated faucets (with many parts, including parts for automatic on/off) in our kitchen. He arrived right on time, removed the old faucets and lotion bottle (which had been there a very long time and were likely not easy to remove), figured out the new faucets and installed them flawlessly and gave me great advice as to how to cover the lotion bottle hole. He even answered my texts after the job was done when I had a question about installing the hole cover. We love the new faucets, in no small part because they were installed properly. His charge was more than fair and reasonable. He also gave me great advice regarding a different issue that we are having at our house. I would definitely hire Mike again (and again), and in fact I’m already making a list of additional handyman jobs that I will ask him to do. I wish we’d have found him earlier!
